Phase 2 of Aviation Industry Engagement for the Noise Sharing Plan and Airspace Concept is now live. Feedback closes Friday 11 December 2026.
The purpose of this engagement is to advise aviation stakeholders across the Melbourne Basin of the refined (Phase 2) controlled airspace concept supporting independent parallel runway operations with Melbourne Airport's third runway (Runway 16R/34L), and to seek feedback on the proposed changes.
Whether you're involved in aviation, logistics, infrastructure, or community services, your input is vital in capturing and considering all aviation impacts around the Melbourne basin airspace.
