Nourish, a Women’s Day Retreat, designed for the busy woman. For the woman who carries the world. The woman who has more tabs open in her brain, than she can count. The woman who is very familiar to the term, overstimulated and has said “I’m fine, I just need a minute” more times than she wants to count. For the woman who is constantly supporting others and really just wants to feel supported in return. We’ve got you.
This is a day to allow yourself to be looked after. To enjoy activities that have been designed for you. To sit and enjoy a meal while its hot, that you haven’t prepared, at a table with a community of like minded women, who are there for the same reasons as you.
How the day looks (and just know, the only decision you have to make is which cake you’d like for morning tea and if you’d like seconds at lunch)
-When you arrive enjoy a hot beverage and meet the other attendees.
-Welcome circle to connect with self, intention setting, meditation etc.
-Gentle yoga class
-Morning Tea
-Workshop (we have to keep at least one surprise up our sleeves)
-Long Table lunch (if you haven’t been to a long table lunch at Phillips Brooke Estate, that’s reason enough to get your ticket)
-Textured Art Workshop (you will be guided to create your own piece of art, that you get to take home with you)
-We release you back into the world, feeling grounded, calm and most importantly, nourished.
This day retreat will be at the stunning Phillips Brooke Estate, which in itself is magical.
