Infant Massage Class: Empowering Family Connections Through Nurturing Touch

Join Bloom therapist Ashley for a 5-week class series on parent-led infant massage.
Together, we’ll explore an evidence-based infant massage curriculum designed to nurture bonding and support your baby’s development. This welcoming virtual group is a space to connect, share, and uplift one another through postpartum and early parenting. Open to both Bloom Women’s Wellness clients and community members navigating infant care, this class will offer gentle guidance and a sense of shared support as you navigate care routines.
Space is limited to 6 parent-infant pairs and you must commit to attend all 5 classes.
When:
Friday, August 22nd 9:30am-10:30am
Friday, August 29th 9:30am-10:30am
Friday, September 5th 9:30am-10:30am
Friday, September 12th 9:30am-10:30am
Friday, September 19th 9:30am-10:30am
Cost: $150 ($30/class)
Where: Zoom
Materials needed:
- Pillow, towel, unscented edible oil (sunflower, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc)
- Optional: a baby doll or stuffed animal so that you can still practice massage strokes if your baby is not interested in a massage during class time.
