INFINITE.CO Presents "LOVE WITHIN" with special guest Self Love with Shannen from Sydney!
This International Women's Day, we are joining forces on Sunday March 16th for a nourishing and empowering event, where we celebrate the strength, resilience, and beauty of women in our amazing community.
🌿What to Expect:
A 2 hour workshop filled with movement through somatics, descending into the body through a powerful & transformative breathwork, accompanied by blissful sound healing elements. To finish, we are igniting the volcanic woman inside, with our new Fire & Ice community session - 45 minutes of sauna and cold plunge immersion.
Self-Love with Shannen - our very special guest from Sydney will be guiding us through an empowering connection piece which includes a gorgeous meditation & connection with journal prompts.
