Influencing Outcomes (12/3/4, 9AM-4PM)

Influencing Outcomes is a behaviorally based coaching program with a slight focus -but not exclusively- on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder that helps staff to understand how their own actions can trigger an unwanted behavior in an individual and how to understand that person’s behavior from a lens of understanding rather than frustration. It covers behavioral principles and uses real life examples to illustrate the relationship between a staff's actions and an individual's perception.
