Join us for a special online information session presented in collaboration with the Cartier Women’s Initiative (CWI) - a global program that supports and empowers women impact entrepreneurs.

In this session, Deborah Donato, Strategic Planning Manager at Cartier Oceania, will introduce the 2026 Cartier Women’s Initiative - Regional Awards. The program provides financial, social and human capital support to women-run, women-owned businesses that are creating significant social and environmental impact.

Since its creation, the CWI has provided a total of USD $12,223,000 in financial support to fellows’ impact businesses and established a strong network of 500+ community members covering nearly 80 countries.

Whether you're a founder currently building your venture or considering applying, this session will offer a comprehensive overview of the opportunity, eligibility criteria and how to position your application for success.

About the Speakers

Deborah Donato is a strategic marketing leader with broad experience across luxury brands in Australia and New Zealand.

At Cartier, she leads strategic planning and runs the Oceania call for the Cartier Women’s Initiative, backing women impact entrepreneurs.

Previously Marketing Manager Jewellery, she drove local strategy, product planning, and team alignment.

Based in Sydney, Deborah is known for her collaborative style and ability to bring global brand vision to life locally.
