Living Well with Arthritis
Tuesday the 23rd of September 2025 | 11am – 12pm

Do you, or someone you care about, have arthritis? Then this session is just for you!

Come along and let us: bust some myths about arthritis, explore what hurts and why, look at a few types of arthritis and see what you can do to live well with arthritis.

NDIS
Wednesday the 1st October 2025 | 10am - 11am

Our George Town team can talk about what the NDIS is, what being on the NDIS means in terms of packages and supports available, and what kinds of conditions are common among NDIS participants.

Diabetes Services Program
Tuesday the 4th of November | 2pm - 3pm

We will be discussing what service and programs are available for people living with diabetes in the greater George Town area and undertake a diabetes risk assessment to see if there is a risk of getting diabetes.

Facilitated by Diabetes Australia.

My Aged Care
Wednesday 8th October | 2pm - 3pm

Our George Town team can talk about the My Aged Care process and the changes that are coming up next year, what applications look like etc.

Asthma Basics
Friday the 14th of November | 2pm - 3pm

Asthma Australia will talk about asthma basics, how to prepare yourself for asthma all year around, using medications wisely and where to get help and resources. Free spacers and an asthma toolkit for everyone.

Stronger Together
Wednesday 8th, 15th, 22nd October & 12th November | 10am - 11am

Stronger Together is a supportive 4-week group for anyone going through a tough time, designed to create space for confidence and connection through practical skills and shared experience.
