Puberty can arrive sooner than many parents expect. If your child hasn’t started puberty yet, you may be wondering what to expect and how to help your child understand the changes happening to their body.

In this webinar, Planet Puberty joins us to take some of the uncertainty out of puberty. You’ll leave feeling better equipped for what’s ahead, with practical, age-appropriate ways to prepare and support your child.

Erin is a Health Promotion Officer with Planet Puberty at Family Planning Australia. She has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years and is passionate about making puberty, relationships and sexual health education accessible. Erin particularly enjoys helping parents and carers feel more confident navigating these conversations with their children.
Bernadette

Bernadette is part of the Planet Puberty team at Family Planning Australia. With a background in nursing, she has extensive experience supporting children and young adults with intellectual disability and Autism. As a parent of two teenagers, she understands both the opportunities and challenges puberty can bring for young people and their families.
