Carly is the founder of the Support Workers Association and Director of Beyond Boundaries Rehab. With 18 years' experience as an OT and a background in support work, she brings deep knowledge of the sector. She’s working to lift standards and transform how support work is valued.

Parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, autism, rare genetic conditions, and medical needs.
