Description

School holidays aren't always the break you hope for. Your child might be exhausted from the school year and struggling without their usual routine. With everyone's needs to consider, there's a lot to juggle each day.

We're joined by Lena Turnbull, founder of Thriving in Life, to talk about making school holidays feel more manageable. She'll share ways to support your child, manage your own capacity and find moments of family joy along the way.

In this webinar we’ll explore

  • Why school holidays can be challenging for children with disability

  • Understanding what your child's behaviour may be communicating

  • Creating flexible routines to reduce demands and support smoother transitions

  • Recognising and responding to your child's changing needs and capacity

  • Supporting rest and recovery for both parents and children during the holidays
