Managing Stress & Uncertainty During NDIS Changes: Webinar
Description
Many families are feeling worried about the proposed changes to the NDIS. With alarming media headlines, so many unknowns, and some time before parents know what the changes will mean for their children, families are feeling the emotional toll of ongoing stress and worry about the future.
We’re joined by Mitch Woods from Mura Psychology to explore the emotional impact of uncertainty. Mitch will also share practical strategies to help you manage ongoing stress, look after yourself and cope when so much is outside of your control.
In this webinar we’ll explore:
Why uncertainty can feel so emotionally exhausting.
How prolonged stress can affect your body, thinking, emotions, as well as your family wellbeing.
How to identify emotional triggers and what may be making it harder to cope.
Small, practical ways to support yourself day to day.
