Eligible unpaid Carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like Carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Carers are invited to attend an immersive sound bath experience at Indah Health and Frankston.

This is an opportunity to meet with like Carers, while enjoying respite through an infrared sound bath experience led by a qualified instructor.

Sound Healings can have many benefits like lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and anxiety, clearing energetic blockages, boosting the immune system, clearing and balancing the chakras (energy centers in our body), increased focus and clarity, improved sleep, calming the nervous system, improved circulation and promotes well-being and brings harmony to the mind, body and spirit.

You will leave feeling completely blissed out, relaxed and revitalized and ready for a sound sleep in the evening.
