You will learn:

  • To understand your Breath: Discover how breathing patterns may influence your body, mind and overall wellbeing.
  • Engage in Guided Exercises: Learn practical techniques to explore breath regulation, rhythm and relaxation.
  • 21-Day Practice Plan: Follow a structured plan at home to integrate effective breathing techniques into your daily life
  • Take home a comprehensive manual and a reflective journal to track your progress.

Group Sessions - Adults +18 years

  • Small Group Setting (Max 4 participants)
  • Session Dates:
    • Session 1: Saturday, Feb 1, 2025 | 10:30 AM
    • Session 2: Saturday, Feb 8, 2025 | 10:30 AM
    • Session 3: Saturday, Feb 15, 2025 | 10:30 AM
    • Session 4: Saturday, Feb 22, 2025 | 10:30 AM
  • Duration: 75-90 minutes per session
  • Cost: $400 +GST (4 sessions)

What do I need to bring?

- Nothing. You will be provided with everything you need. Just wear comfortable clothing.

- Once enrolled you will receive an email with an intake and consent form.
