Event description

Inhale + Integrate: Where Breath Meets Parts

A 3-hour in-person workshop weaving parts work with functional breathwork.

Your breath tells the truth of your nervous system.
Your parts tell the truth of your story.
This workshop brings them together.

Join us for a transformative experience that blends IFS- based inner exploration with science-backed breath practices to help you regulate, reconnect, and realign. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally fragmented, or simply seeking deeper integration, this space is designed to support healing from the inside out.

In this workshop, you’ll learn to:

  • Recognize and relate to your inner “parts” with compassion and clarity

  • Use breath to access your Self—the grounded, wise inner leader

  • Unblend from reactive or protective patterns using gentle awareness

  • Regulate your nervous system through Functional Breathwork: nasal breathing, correct tongue rest posture, and diaphragmatic engagement

  • Create somatic safety to meet exiled or protective parts with care

  • Integrate insights and healing through the body, not just the mind

This is not a performance. It’s a permission slip to breathe, feel, and befriend your inner world.

Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Orofacial Myologist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Breath Coach  |  Founder of Breathe Well Be Well

https://www.breathewellbewell.info/

Perrin White is a Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Orofacial Myologist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Breath Coach specializing in airway health, nervous system regulation, and breathing re-education. Through her signature method — Functional Breathwork — she helps clients restore nasal breathing, correct tongue posture, and engage diaphragmatic function to support long-term healing and integration.

Perrin’s work bridges clinical expertise with soulful presence, blending the science of speech and myofunctional therapy with the somatic wisdom of breathwork and mindfulness. Her approach is deeply informed by her personal journey through sleep-disordered breathing, loss, recovery, and transformation — experiences that shaped her understanding of how breath connects both brain and body.

As the founder of Breathe Well Be Well, Perrin informs, empowers, and supports clients to understand their breath, regulate their nervous systems, and care for their airways with intention. Her teaching is compassionate, embodied, and trauma-aware — offering practical tools to breathe well and be well.

Sandra Adeleye is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals reconnect with their innate wisdom and wholeness. At the heart of her work is the belief that every person possesses a core Self—a place within marked by confidence, calmness, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness. Through IFS therapy, Sandra helps clients access and live from this Self-led space.

Originally skeptical of “parts work,” Sandra's perspective transformed through her own healing journey. Now, after completing all three levels of IFS training through the IFS Institute and achieving official certification, she integrates this evidence-based model with profound care and insight.

Sandra is also trained in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Unyte’s Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), all of which complement her IFS foundation. As a former collegiate and professional athlete, she brings unique sensitivity to performance work and somatic integration, particularly with individuals and teams.

Sandra welcomes adults of all backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, and identities. Her practice offers a warm, grounded, and curious space to heal, integrate, and grow.
