What you will learn: 

• Basic foundations of the Sweat Lodge Ceremony and the Cree Medicine Wheel (Teachings of The Dawn Star)
• Aspects of Sweat Lodge that are not commonly known or understood. The practice, traditions and meanings. 

If you are currently joining us to sit for Sweat Lodge, these traditional teachings will expand your awareness of the processes you are participating in. For those of you who are wanting to sit Sweat Lodge in the future, these teachings will be a great preparation.

Time: 6pm - 7:30pm
