World Whisky Day is a global event dedicated to whisky, inviting people everywhere to enjoy a dram and appreciate the "water of life." Join us in celebration on May 17th 2025 for an unforgettable whisky tasting experience at Tin Shed Distilling Co. in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. This exclusive event is designed to showcase the craftsmanship and heritage of whisky, offering a unique blend of distillery insights, fine spirits, and delicious cuisine.

Event Highlights:

• Welcome Cocktail: Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a specially crafted whisky cocktail, providing an opportunity to mingle in the bar area.
• Introduction and Tour: Ian Schmidt, co-founder and distiller, will lead a guided tour through the production area and barrel warehouse, offering insights into the distillation and maturation processes.
• Raw cask sample: A specially selected barrel that is almost ready for bottling will be drawn from and guests will have the opportunity to sample.
• Whisky Tasting Flight: A curated selection of five rare Iniquity whiskies will be presented in a tasting flight, accompanied by paired morsels to enhance the sensory experience. Ian will guide guests through the tasting, sharing his expertise on each whisky.
• Culinary Delights: Guests will enjoy shared barbecue platters featuring 12hr brisket, smoked chicken wings, slow cooked pork ribs, and potato salad, served with a cleansing whisky highball. For dessert, a "whisky sour" meringue tart paired with our whisky liqueur will be served.
• Logistics: Tickets are priced at $120 per person, plus a booking fee. Optional transfers from the Adelaide CBD are available for an additional $25 per person.
