Glamping Package - 5 Nights - 2 x Single Beds (includes refundable $250 deposit)
This glamping package includes a 5m bell tent, two single beds if you'd prefer, linen, two towels, flooring, door mats, decor, a picnic table, two outdoor chairs. The hire period begins from 8am Dec 28, 2024 and concludes at 12pm on Jan 2, 2025. Glamping packages do not include event tickets to Initiation Festival Tickets for the event can be purchased through https://www.initiation-nye.com/ Additional beds to sleep up to three more people can be added to the hire. Each tent booked is booked in conjunction with the "Refundable Damage Deposit" ticket below. The deposit is $250 including booking fees which will be refunded in full within 5 business days after the conclusion of Initiation Festival provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required beyond normal use. This applies to any additional beds you may book. Please note, if damages or cleaning fees exceed the $250 deposit amount, you will be responsible for the difference and by booking this tent you accept these conditions.

Power Availability Power availability is subject to festival conditions, and there may be intermittent outages. No refunds will be provided for temporary power disruptions. Compliance Guests who violate these terms may have their power supply disconnected without a refund. By opting for the Powered Tents, guests acknowledge and accept these terms.
