Celebrating Indigenous Innovation in Research and Practice

Join the Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor Aboriginal Leadership and the UTAS community as we celebrate Indigenous innovation in Research and Practice. Our Inaugural Indigenous Research Symposium brings together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, students and alumni as they share their knowledge and expertise. 

Deepen your knowledge and understandings of the amazing work of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues, celebrate the awesome Riawunna and engaging future building conversations. Join sessions on:

  • Indigenous Intersectionality
  • First Year Student Experiences
  • The importance of Cultural Traditions 
  • Research Ethics and Researcher Practices 
  • Being a Local, National and Global Community
