INNER ALCHEMY - A Full Moon Healing Ceremony

Welcome to our next evening ceremony, an event to honour the First Full Moon of the astrological New Year, a time to SPARK your INNER ALCHEMY, to bring a sense of clarity, restoration and balance to your whole body mind and spirit. 

Inner Alchemy is a Full Moon gathering of transformation—where Yin Yoga, Ceremonial Cacao, Crystal Bowl Sound healing, Pranayama, Journalling, Meditation and Reiki weave together to soften, unlock, and realign your energy. 

Under the moon’s full illumination, we’ll journey inward, releasing the old, amplifying our intentions, attune to the wisdom of our own hearts and share sacred space with other like minded beautiful souls. 

Life can be super turbulent and chaotic, especially before the school holidays, so come and treat yourself to a moment of bliss - this will be a space to receive, recharge, and remember the magic within you. 

Event Includes:

- CACAO CEREMONY - to connect in to the heart space and feel in to what is on top for you

- MEDITATION - to anchor in to the lunar energies and gain inner clarity

- JOURNALLING - to get clear on what it is that is being illuminated and allow yourself the space to let go what is no longer serving you

- YIN YOGA - to shift stagnant energies and somatically create space for what waits for you in the next lunar cycle

- PRANAYAMA - breath awareness to sink in to the present moment and quieter the mind

- EARTH ALTAR PORTAL - to hold our intentions with love peace and beauty

- CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND JOURNEY - with other instruments, to really allow yourself the space to receive any messages your higher self may have for you.

- REIKI SHOWER -  an energy medicine bath to bring in healing to support your journey ahead

- CIRCLE SHARING / RITUAL / SAFETY / NOURISHMENT
