In this routine online practice session, Charlotte holds space for diving into the mystical practices of Tantra, guiding you to harness and alchemise your life force energy.

As we explore together the physical meeting the spiritual, the spiritual anchoring into the sensual and the sensual uplifting the physical, we play with energy alchemy to effectively and efficiently cycle our energy and utilise it as we desire.
