Join me for a heart-opening cacao ceremony—a sacred space to connect with the spirit of Ceremonial Cacao, journey inward, and alchemize your soul through meditation.

What to Expect:
Opening Circle – Learn about the ancient wisdom of cacao as medicine and how it supports physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.
Cacao Sit & Sip – Intentionally drinking cacao to open the heart and set personal intentions.
Guided Deep Meditation – A journey inward to realise, release, and realign.
Closing Circle – Integration, reflection, and gentle sharing.

What to Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal for self-reflection.

Who Can Attend:
Open to all genders and experience levels—whether you’re new to cacao or a seasoned practitioner.

Health Considerations:
Cacao is safe during pregnancy, but please let us know in advance so we can adjust your dose.
**Unfortunately, this ceremony is not suitable for those taking SSRI medications. If this applies to you, you are still warmly invited to join, and we will offer a herbal tea alternative.
