Inner Child Healing Women’s Circle & Sound Bath

Within you is an inner child, a part of you that carries your earliest emotions, memories and unmet needs.

She holds the wonder, creativity and playfulness you were born with, as well as the wounds from times you didn’t feel safe, seen or accepted.

✨ Join us as we explore the theme of inner child, reconnect with her, to offer the love, compassion and safety she’s always deserved.

✨ You will then relax into a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath with different healing instruments that’ll support you to cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and inner peace.

Sound healing is an ancient technology that has been used for thousands of years for healing. The frequencies created by sound are scientifically proven to bring your mental, emotional, physical and energy body back to it's natural state of being - homeostasis.

Goddess Reclamation Events mission is to bring back this sacred path of healing and empower women with the space and tools to align with their true self.

Details:

When: Sunday April 27th at 6:30-8:30pm. Due to the nature of the event please make sure to arrive on time. Doors will be locked by 6:35pm to respect the flow of the circle.

Where: The Elements of Happiness, 3/131 Nepean Hwy, Seaford 3198. There are two entrances you can enter from. One entrance via car park, enter door next to Bob Marley painting. Another entrance between two cafes (38 South and Coffee Home Cafe), enter automatic doors and walk straight ahead but if locked text 0413 299 528 and we will come meet you (pics below for reference.) Please note if it's hot weather allow extra time to find parking.

What to bring: An open mind and heart. Pen and notebook. A yoga mat, blanket, eye cover and pillow will be provided at the venue unless you wish to bring your own.

What to wear: Comfortable and relaxed clothing

- Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy

Kiana

Kiana is a womb hara massage therapist, spiritual life coach and yoga teacher dedicated to helping women reconnect with their feminine power.

Through sacred healing practices, she creates nurturing spaces for self-discovery, transformation and deep embodiment. Her work empowers women to trust their intuition, honour their bodies and walk their unique path with confidence and authenticity.

Michelle

Michelle is a trained Reiki therapist and a certified SoulNar Sound and Energy Healing Practitioner. She uses a combination of sound and energy to bring the body to a state of relaxation and healing.

Michelle will be facilitating the crystal bowl sound bath with different instruments to create waves of harmonic sound to support you on your healing journey.

FAQs

✨ Is there parking?

Yes, there’s a car park and also street parking available. We are also easily accessible via Seaford Train Station which is only a few minutes walk away. Please note on hot days parking becomes limited due to the beach so allow enough time to find a park.

✨ What if I’m running late?

Please allow enough time to avoid this. We won’t hold up the circle or have late comers enter after 6:35pm. Doors will be locked as we don’t want to disturb the sacred space. If you need to reach me please message 0413 299 528.

✨ Can I get a refund?

Due to the limited spots available at our events, we do not offer refunds. This ensures each space is honoured and that we can continue creating meaningful experiences for all attendees. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend - just let us know in advance.
