Do you remember a time when it was all about playing with your friends, and being silly billies. Frolicking, laughing till it hurt, exploring?

You were SO present and bursting with LIFE!!!!!

Then at some point you stopped playing, stopped being curious and it became all about being serious, adult responsibilities, masking, surviving in a capitalist paradigm.

Play, presence, fresh mind and silliness are the antidote to heaviness, boredom and apathy. That kid is still inside of you and they want to come out and run amock.

Step out of the mundane and into a container for cheeky rascals.

The Inner child takeover 3h workshop includes facilitated:

🌻Laughing & 5 senses meditation

🌻Ecstatic movement and dance off

🌻Cloud watching and popping

🌻Art and lots of other rad shit!

🌻Fairy bread and silly snacks

*This is not a deep trauma processing event, this is about tapping into your sparkly creative ridiculousness.

Accessibility: Tarragindi Workshop space is down stairs, with toilet being upstairs, plenty of street parking and bus stop 400m down the road. Address will be released closer to event.
