This November Michelle is holding a day workshop embracing the inner child.

Are you playing out self sabotage traits within your adult life, that could contain anything from excessive eating, exercise, drugs, alcohol, smoking, being busy, avoiding being present within your body ?

If any of these have created a spark within you or answered YES to one of these then this is your calling.
