After returning from crisis' she has now studied over 7 different Healing Modalities including:• Reiki Master Trained• Amplified Crystal Healing• Complete Chakra Balance• Esoteric Healing• New Age Modalities • Kinergetics• Angel Therapy• Sat Nam Rasayan , Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher.

As well as the yearly opportunity for Travel to countries like India, Bali & America for further Teacher Training.

Abbey has had the privilege to have sat with Gurus and Masters of Kundalini Yoga & Energy Healing.

With these experiences and teachings she brings them back to her Reiki Training Classes, Monthly Workshops, Students, Wellness Retreats and Clinic- 'Reiki & Wellness.' Officially Established in 2013!

Abbey is an Intuitive Healer who works deeply in one on one sessions, group classes and soon to be leading Meditation & Yoga Classes.
