Inner Loop: A Monthly Realignment

Inner Loop is a monthly guided reflection and intention-setting space designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your thoughts, ideas, and direction — within a community that values growth, clarity, and expansion.

Through guided prompts, journaling, and intentional conversation, we explore the mental and emotional loops playing in the background of our lives. Together, we celebrate wins, identify and work through roadblocks, and bring awareness to patterns that are ready to evolve.

Each session includes space to reflect honestly, engage at your chosen depth, and translate insight into action. We close with a grounding practice to clarify goals, set aligned intentions, and create a simple roadmap for how you want to move forward in the month ahead.

Inner Loop is supportive and reflective — and it is also directional. This is a space to move beyond awareness into aligned momentum.

About the Host

Inner Loop is facilitated by Geminelle, a musician, project manager, creative, and mother whose practice is rooted in reflection, intentional goal-setting, and holistic personal development.

This work is informed by her experience leading workshops at Arise Wellness & Passion Planner, where she spent years weaving her own reflective practices into an established planning and intention-setting system that supports the holistic wellbeing and fulfillment of others.

Alongside this work, Geminelle created Mantra Loops — a soul-affirming music project designed to help people transform their internal dialogue through simple mantras such as “I am enough” and “Everything I need is already inside,” Mantra Loops supports listeners in cultivating more loving, empowering language to meet themselves through life’s challenges.

Since leaving Passion Planner, Geminelle has felt called to continue holding space for people’s intentions, goals, and personal evolution.

As a multi-hyphenate, Geminelle has developed a personal system for goal-setting that honors the fullness of who she is — harmonizing motherhood, project management, creativity, and music without sacrificing one part for another. Through this approach, she has helped others find greater peace within their schedules, clarity in their direction, and confidence in their inner voice.
