INNER RADIANCE • Somatic Dance

There is a light that stirs quietly within us — a subtle hum that vibrates through every cell, awakening, expanding, and calling forth life anew.

For this evening together, we gather to move with that radiance, to feel the electric pulse of ourselves, to honour the fullness and brilliance that already lives inside.

Through dance we explore:

How does my energy shift when I let it ripple freely?

What wants to be born from this buzzing, alight body?

How can I meet myself — radiant, alive, whole?

Together, we’ll breathe, we’ll move, we’ll pulse, and we’ll glow — letting our inner radiance illuminate our bodies, our hearts, and the space we share.

About Ceri (Soularliving):

Ceri is a 200hr trained Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, a 200hr eco-somatic yoga guide, and a 300hr somatic dance facilitator, offering regular dance events in Wānaka.

She is currently studying Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and will complete her training by the end of 2025.

Ceri is passionate about weaving together her love of nature, somatics, and community to create spaces for expression, healing, and embodied aliveness.
