Connecting Back to You: A Journey with Highway Foundation x Inner Studio

Join us for a powerful and immersive 90-minute workshop designed to guide you back to your truest self. In partnership with Inner Studio, Highway Foundation invites you into a space of deep reflection and reconnection—through breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge.

This is how the session will flow:
We’ll begin with a 45 minute guided breath work session to ground and open the body. From there, you’ll move into the sauna to soften and release, followed by a cold plunge to awaken, reset, and build resilience.

Together, these practices help quiet the outside world, soften inner tension, and create space to reconnect with what feels aligned, authentic, and whole.

Whether you're seeking clarity, release, or simply a moment to pause, this experience will support you in reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing – For Breath work Session.

• Swimwear – for use in the hot/cold plunge baths/Sauna.

• Towel – to dry off after the plunge.

• Water bottle – hydration is key before, during, and after each session.
