Inner Voice Leadership
Event description
You know you have what it takes, that you’ve earned your place. So why does the voice in your head keep questioning whether you’re good enough?
You're about to speak up in a meeting and a familiar tightness arrives in your throat. Should I say this? Will they think I don't know what I'm talking about? Maybe I should wait.
You see a role posted, one you're absolutely qualified for, and immediately your mind floods with reasons why you're not quite ready. Just one more year. One more qualification. One more proof point.
Or you deliver exceptional results and still find yourself working longer, preparing harder, second-guessing more than the people around you. Exhausted from the constant internal negotiation about whether you're good enough.
This isn't about capability. You have the skills, the experience, the intelligence, and the drive.
The real barrier is invisible: the persistent inner voice that tells you you're not enough, not ready, don't quite belong.
What if you could change that conversation from the inside out?
Inner Voice Leadership is a 2-day in-person workshop that goes to the root of what holds capable women leaders back: the internal narratives that limit your impact and deplete your energy.
This isn't another skills workshop. It’s a fully human development experience to help you access the capacity that's already within you.
Over two restorative days, you'll learn practical, neuroscience-backed tools to:
Quieten self-doubt and negative self-talk when it shows up
Interrupt patterns of comparison, catastrophising, and harsh self-judgment
Access your Inner Coach: the wise, grounded voice that already knows what you need
Create calm, confidence and control in your leadership and your life
Lead with authenticity and agency rather than proving your worth
Support your own wellbeing, and model that for the people around you
You'll leave with tools you can use immediately. Not theory. Not aspiration. Actual practices that work.
This workshop is for you if you're:
Navigating a leadership transition: newly promoted, returning from leave, or stepping into bigger visibility
Leading in male-dominated spaces where you're constantly code-switching or second-guessing yourself
In midlife and experiencing the identity shifts (perimenopause, role changes, life recalibration) that intersect with your leadership
A high performer who's tired of the exhausting cycle of proving you belong
Ready to step into bigger roles but your self-doubt is louder than your ambition
Done with surface-level confidence workshops and ready for something that actually addresses the root cause
What makes Inner Voice Leadership different?
It's grounded in science. Built on the latest research in neuroscience, narrative psychology, and self-compassion. No fluff.
It's immediately practical. Every tool and technique works in real-world scenarios. You'll practice them during the workshop and leave ready to use them.
It's deeply connective. You'll be part of a small group (maximum 14 women) creating a safe space for honest reflection and mutual support. The peer bonds formed during these two days often become ongoing sources of strength.
It's intentionally restorative. These aren't packed, performative days. The pace allows for genuine transformation. You'll have space to think, feel, and integrate.
The impact lasts. You'll have follow-up resources and a 90-minute group coaching call 2–4 weeks after the workshop to ensure the insights become embedded practices.

"I can't recommend this experience enough. Inspiring, empowering and, at times, deeply challenging, this workshop was a game changer for me. "This workshop is the most important development we run for our people. Its impact is profound. Confidence, self-belief, calmness, and transformational change is what OSPRI sees after every session and it's change that endures."
