INNERSONIC | Transformational Sound & Energy Experience

Awaken the innate intelligence of the energetic system within the body.

INNERSONIC facilitates integration of the whole being using sound, energy, knowledge, and transcendent practices. It draws from sound healing, neuroscience, shamanism, and traditional Tantric philosophy to create an experience that is both deeply somatic and profoundly transcendent.

Each session includes breathwork and/or meditation to open the container, and a teaching — a transmission of knowledge drawn from study, research, and direct experience. Then the INNERSONIC journey itself. Then a closing integration circle where participants share what surfaced, and we witness the resonance and synchronicities that emerge (and they do, almost every time).

Though each journey is entirely unique, similar patterns often emerge organically — spontaneous movement, emotional release, or deep stillness arising at the same moments across participants. An underlying intelligence moving through the resonant field. A reminder that we are not as separate from each other as we think.

Inspiration, Lived Experience, and Energetic Frameworks

INNERSONIC is just one expression of a larger body of Mimi’s work that she has living for a long time. Her background spans meditation, energy work, sound, consciousness exploration, somatic awareness, and more. None of it is secondhand. What she brings to each session — the theme, the transmissions, the tools and practices — is intuitively inspired. She’s still only beginning to share the full scope of what she does, and is looking forward to bringing you more.

How to Prepare

・Please wear comfortable clothes
・Bring an eye mask (optional)
・Avoid a full stomach
・No alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior

🕙 Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early to settle into your space. Doors close before the journey begins, in order to maintain the sanctity of the space.
