Navigating Realms of Consciousness; practices and insights from Western Esotericism (3 x 1.5 hour online gatherings in January)

A three-part series held live in January 2023, that is now complete. Registration remains open for access to the recordings until mid-March and to participate in the weekly discussion groups on the Conditions of Esoteric Training. 

We live in a time when many people are striving to develop inner faculties and have spiritual experiences because they recognise the necessity of spiritual development. An inner knowing that there is a spiritual world leads many towards seeking experiences of it. On the way to the spiritual world we cross through the astral world and what we experience in this realm depends on our preparation. Conscious inner development prepares and protects the soul’s wellbeing from disturbances that can occur from experiencing these states of consciousness unprepared.

Humanity is presently within this astral growth phase in its collective evolution during which many changes as well as struggles will continue. Each of us must grow beyond the astral realm if we are to experience full spiritual maturity. 

It is important to understand where we ourselves, others and the collective are in this layered journey. This three-part series will explore the landscape of the astral regions and how to prepare the soul to navigate and meet what is behind the veil of everyday consciousness. It may be of interest to those wanting to understand both their own and others’ experiences.

Lisa embarked on the inner development path at the age of 15 through eastern practices. At 20 years old she encountered the Rosicrucian path out of the western esoteric schooling, which led her to anthroposophy and the work of Rudolf Steiner. It was through anthroposophy that Lisa learnt to approach the discovery of the higher self and the different planes of consciousness in a spiritual scientific way. Her experiences and encounters with human souls and many beings behind the veil of daily consciousness led her to understand the path of evolving consciousness. Lisa’s capacity to deliver esoteric wisdom with insight and understanding finds her speaking with the young and old from all walks of life.
