Innovate to Regenerate: Challenge Info Session

Do YOU have an idea that could regenerate your place and change Australia's future?

In conjunction with the ‘Regenerating Australia’ film’s release, WWF-Australia is launching an ‘Innovate to Regenerate’ challenge, providing $2million in funding and support to help local communities, innovators and experts to bring the film to life. 

Innovate to Regenerate Challenge 

We are supporting projects that can generate systems-wide changes through thoughtful partnership with people and place. The challenge seeks to support and test ideas at all stages of development, so we are open to both new and existing concepts and projects, as long as they have the potential to deliver positive impact and be financially sustainable.

We’re especially interested in solutions that are community-led,  innovative or trying new ways of working and/or support Indigenous-led knowledge.

What the Challenge offers:

• Review and feedback process with subject matter experts to assess and identify support opportunities.
• Assistance in how to build a regenerative business model to create value and restore natural and social balance.
• Partnership support to help your community to boldly innovate, test and take solutions to scale.
• WWF media and social media coverage to increase solution visibility. 
• Access to WWF networking and corporate partnerships.
• Pitch coaching and training in preparation for Impact Day, held in mid-June.
• Capacity and community building mentorships to increase impact.
• Connection to the growing Regeneration Ecosystem to create synergies and collaboration.
• Available grant funding for selected solutions:
  1. Early stage - Up to $20,000 - $50,000 each
  2. Growth stage - Up to $50,000 - $250,000 each
