Innovation Circle
Event description
An Innovation Circle is an interactive online workshop with peers, to learn how to align your aspirations and ability for innovation and identify key capabilities required to deliver value from your innovation effort.
This workshop format will utilise Innovation 360’s framework for assessing innovation capability, including data-driven analysis and insights from over 5000 organisations in 105 countries.
You will learn about a common language for innovation that's grounded in research, a holistic framework for assessing innovation capability and new perspectives of managing innovation in today’s turbulent times.
Prior to the event, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment using Innovation 360’s InnoSurvey® tool that will provide diagnostics of your organisation's innovation potential.
In the workshop, you will receive:
- a personalised innovation assessment and benchmark report – providing data-driven analysis and insights of your view on your chosen organisation's innovation potential.
- facilitated discussions with peers covering key parts of the Innovation 360 framework:
