    Event description

Join us at this event to learn about botany, plant breeding and why the Manuka plant, Leptospermum, is such a big deal.

We'll have a chance to chat with ManukaLife Managing Director, Paul Callander about their plant breeding program and why he believes that the Peel is the place for agri-innovation.

This event is part of 'Innovation in Action', a six-part video series that showcases local organisations innovating in their field through the implementation of science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM).

At this event we will watch the short film on ManukaLife's plantation, have a Q&A and take the time to mingle over some complimentary food and drink.

If you have an interest in botany, agriculture, nutrition or just enjoy learning new things than this event is for you.
