Innovation Lunch
Our Innovation Lunch is a brand new series of events designed to do exactly that. We want to spark innovation and create a space where you can connect with like-minded others, be inspired by other impact entrepreneurs using their business as a force for good, and ultimately, supercharge your own impact.
On the first Wednesday of every month, from 12-1pm, we'll be serving up a dose of inspiration and energy - so grab your lunch, tune into our Zoom channel and enjoy the show!
Each event will feature a different guest speaker - and we're thrilled to announce that Fasiha Subhan will be joining us this month, to talk about all things Frugal Innovation.
Defined as low-cost, good enough quality, yet high-value innovation, Frugal Innovation is mostly applied to innovate in emerging economies - thereby helping to alleviate poverty in these areas.
However, it is now considered an equally significant and relevant approach for innovating within developed markets due to increasing resource scarcity and austerity caused by environmental changes, recession, and unprecedented times like COVID19.
Alongside Fasiha - who is a pioneer scholar of Frugal Innovation, we'll be deep-diving into the fundamentals of Frugal Innovation, and exploring how it can be used to create and capture value in emerging markets.
