About this event:
Our diversity, communication and application of experience are our greatest strengths to affect change—reaching across language and industry barriers to redefine what project management can achieve. We will discuss how to harness employee diversity to cultivate innovation in companies, translate diverse content into understanding and build greater trust. Our goal is to evaluate how coalescing language, time and form improves timelines and tools, while defining progress and success to provide long-lasting benefits and deliver world-class services.
At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
1) Recognize and harness diversity within your teams, and utilize linguistic and characteristic traits to build stronger working relationships through tailored communications; and
2) Analyze patterns in language to create, adapt and illustrate intuitive tools for different audiences, inspiring innovation and driving success.
