Event description

A facilitated practice space to grow the inner foundations for outer change.

The Inside-Out Innovation Dojo is a monthly guided practice space where leaders, changemakers, facilitators and others doing meaningful work come together to grow the inner skills that support transfomative outer change.

It isn't just a training.
It's a space to practise the inner capacities that enable presence, creativity, and connection in times of complexity.

In a world of accelerating change, we need more than strategies — we need embodied ways of being that help us meet uncertainty with awareness, adaptability, and care.

Ideal for those who want to embody this work, not just learn about it.

As somatic teacher Amanda Blake reminds us:
"Awareness creates choice. Practice builds capacity.”

Each 90-minute session offers practical, embodied tools drawn from the Inside-Out Innovation Toolkit (currently in development), including practices for nervous system regulation, embodied sensing, imagination, and collaboration.

Come to practise. Come to ground. Come to grow — in community.

Inside-Out Innovation supports people and teams to cultivate the inner capacities that make sustainable outer change possible.

🌱 What we practise

Each session draws from the Inside-Out Innovation Toolkit (currently in development), offering embodied practices and tools that support:

  • Deepening nervous system awareness and regulation

  • Embodied presence and systems sensing

  • Creative exploration and collaborative imagination

  • Resilience and adaptability in uncertainty

  • Real-time reflection on complexity and change

  • Growing in community with fellow change agents

We invite you to join us on this ongoing journey of inner development in service of outer transformation.
