Presenter: Major Seven is a GRAMMY-winning multi-platinum record producer, songwriter, and musician from Atlanta, GA. His name was inspired by the Major 7th chord in music theory and also by the fact that his mother had six miscarriages before he was born. He is extremely passionate about the art and lives by the motto “quality over quantity.” Some of the artists that he has worked with include Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Future, Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Snoop Dogg, Burna Boy, DJ Snake, GloRilla, Kirk Franklin, Rapsody, & Many more. Currently, he is focusing his efforts on honoring his Jamaican heritage by using his musical gifts to contribute to the culture that created him. He is also an owner in WAVS, a sample marketplace for professional producers with a catalog of commercial-grade curated samples.
