Dive into the incredible role that honey bees and native bees play in providing us with a third of the food we eat. Because, without bees, there’s no food!
Learn how these fascinating creatures play a vital role in pollination and what we can do to support them.

Mike will share tips on how to attract more bees to your garden, helping you grow vibrant flowers and abundant vegetables, whilst supporting biodiversity.
Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your appreciation for these essential pollinators. It’s a fun and inspiring session, you won’t want to miss!

You can check out Mike's You tube channel - 'Aussie Mike's Bees'  AND  Look below to what else is on offer at Hawkesbury EarthCare Centre Family Fun Day - Sat 18 Jan 2025 (10am-4pm)

Remember to visit the Hawkesbury Beekeepers’ Stall to see live honey bees. Don’t worry, they’re behind glass so nobody will be stung.  Learn about bees and how they pollinate flowers and make honey. Delicious local honey made by Hawkesbury Beekeepers bees are available to buy at the stall.
