Holdstock Law is pleased to present an online event in conjunction with Sam Kaso from Cor Cordis, for small to medium enterprises, covering the new insolvency law reforms. From 1 January 2021 small companies will be able to get assistance to try to trade through difficulties, rather than heading straight into insolvency.
