Join Us for a Day of Yoga, Wellness, Growth & Leadership for Women!
Dress code is casual and comfortable (we encourage you to wear yoga attire!)
We welcome you to participate in a day that unites and empowers women in orthopedics and medicine. We will start the day off by clearing our minds, setting our intentions, and embracing our own health and wellness through a morning yoga session. After our yoga session concludes, prepare to learn about topics of financial literacy, burnout, advocating for self, coaching, brand building, and rising into leadership. We have recruited women within and outside of medicine to inspire our discussions. With our community of women in orthopedics, we create a real sense of belonging and power for advocacy.
