    In this workshop, we will provide psychoeducation on how God designed our bodies, anxiety, the effects of stress on the body, and the role of the autonomic nervous system. You’ll learn how to release tension and anxiety while restoring balance to the nervous system through breath-centered exercises, meditation, and gentle yoga postures. This session will cover both foundational concepts and practical techniques to help manage stress and anxiety in everyday life.
