Integration Session: Breath & Sound Healing

As the day draws to a close, this gentle session offers a space to land, integrate, and restore. Through guided breath meditation and therapeutic sound, we will soften the nervous system and create spaciousness for reflection, renewal and relaxation. The resonance of sound and the rhythm of breath work together to harmonize body, mind, and spirit—helping you return to your centre with clarity, calm, and connection.

Breathwork and Sound Therapy: is an ancient healing modality used for thousands of years to shift consciousness and holistic support wellbeing. While science continues to catch up, the deepest effects are felt in the space beyond words—where vibration meets awareness.

Facilitated by: Leilana Grace
Leilana Grace is a massage therapist, sound healer, breathwork practitioner, and ceremonialist. Her path to healing began in 2016 in Central Peru with Shipibo Plant Shamanism, where she immersed herself in sacred chants and medicine songs in Shipibo, Sanskrit, Spanish, and English. This profound journey led her to embrace a life of authenticity and purpose. Leilana now channels her expertise into transformative practices, committed to guiding individuals towards health, wellness, and personal growth.
