This is a trauma informed online training for facilitators, coaches, therapists and those interested in personal growth, healing, psychedelic assisted therapy, & ceremony

Optional Certification for those who complete requisite requirements. 

Some people think Integration is a part of psychedelic work. The reality is that any psychedelic and altered state experiences are a part of the larger process of Integration. The process of Integration is the process of becoming Whole: Waking Up, Growing Up and being fully You.

• Mind, Body, Spirit: What does it mean to become Whole?
• Nervous system integration, self regulation & co-regulation
• Subtle energy body, Chakras or energetic centers
• Integrating Psychedelic & altered states experiences
• Traits versus States
• The Wheel of Awareness: working maps of being human & interpersonal neurobiology. 
• Working with the Elements
• Cultivating Health & Vitality
• Relationship & Community
• Shadow Work & Darkness
• Dissociation

Classes will include guided meditations, breathwork, partnered practices, journaling, and other supportive practices.
