ABOUT INTENTION CIRCLE
A 4-week online program, guided by Sally Davis and Helene Collard - open to all who identify as women. The program will empower and enrich your life, through the setting of a weekly intention, and then having your intention reflected back to you, in a small, safe and intimate group.
Intention Circles have been found to influence the personal and collective healing and empowerment process.
The format of the Intention Circle is inspired by the work of Lynne McTaggart's book 'The Power of Eight'. Each week will consist of setting an intention, which the group will, in turn, reflect back to you. This process has been found to create synchronicity, letting go of old beliefs, all whilst strengthening the Sisterhood.
The Intention Circle is a non-judgemental, safe space.

ABOUT SALLY & HELENE
SALLY is a mum of 3 boys ranging from 8-21 years. She has trained in theatre in Italy and Australia and has worked in remote communities in Australia, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea teaching theatre and well-being. Sally has studied Deep Ecology, Primitive Living Skills, Reiki level 1 and she is a level 1 yoga teacher. She has worked in hospitals and multiple organisations using humour therapy. Sally practices Buddhism and has a deep love of building and supporting individual and community growth.
HELENE Hi my name is Helene! I'm a daughter, sister, aunty and mother. I have learnt much about myself and life, by listening to other women. I have been guiding healing/wellbeing circles for over 10 years - from my backroom in a suburban house, to the red dirt of the Central Australian Desert, to corporate buildings of Sydney. I am a qualified and experienced energy healer and teacher (Reiki) and hold a Bachelors Degree in Indigenous Studies: Trauma & Healing. Come and weave a web of light with us!
