Intention Setting Mother Circle

MOTHER CIRCLE is a space for mothers of all seasons to come together, to share and connect in a sacred space around topics in motherhood.

Our journey as mothers can at times feel lonely and isolating, especially when we are choosing to raise our babies and children with parenting styles that are about connecting deeply with them.

Are you looking for a space to feel heard and held? Are you looking to make connections with other mothers on a like-minded journey? Maybe you don’t enjoy your own mothers group and are looking for something else?

We are not meant to do this alone, without a village and community around us. This is why this circle is here for you, to comfort, hold and witness you. To gift you the opportunity to be heard from a heart centred place, and receiving support on your own mothering journey.

By joining the circle, you will be gifting yourself some time to:

🌸 Connect with other mothers who are on a similar journey to you.

🌸Setting an intention for the new year to bring more presence, ritual and connection into your daily life

🌸 Sharing on how to connect more deeply with your children, by building a secure, loving and unconditional attachment.

🌸 Connection to breath and your body through a short guided meditation.

🌸 Sharing what is alive for you in the present moment. You do not need to share if you don’t feel called, listening and holding to others is invited too.

🌸 Gifting yourself the time and space to be present, slow down and most importantly not need to run after little people. This is all about you!

🌸 We will also be spending the last half an hour sharing our intention through a beautiful crafting ritual which you will be taking home as a gift from us to you.

The main parenting paradigm for these circles will follow an Aware, Conscious and Connected Parenting paradigm, with an attachment-style approach.

A light morning tea will be provided with vegan, DF & GF options available.

All mothers, mothers-to-be or any woman who connects with the word mother is invited into this space. Babes in arms (up to 6 months) are welcome and invited into this space as special VIPs.
