Intentional Leadership Conference

They gave you the title. Nobody gave you the real rules.

Intentional Leadership Conference 2027 is a three-day leadership experience built with first-time leaders in mind, especially the woman who finally got the opportunity she worked for...and quickly realized the promotion came with a whole lot nobody put in the job description.

Because learning how to manage tasks is one thing.

Learning how to navigate personalities, advocate for yourself, have difficult conversations, understand workplace politics, protect your mental health, build wealth, use AI strategically, and still recognize yourself while doing it?

That's a different road.

And that's what we're talking about at ILC.

Throughout the weekend, we're getting into the parts of leadership most trainings skip: Identity Leadership, executive presence, difficult conversations, workplace and HR rights, AI, wealth beyond your paycheck, mental health and burnout, strategic networking, and the unspoken politics of leadership.

We'll also have a candid conversation with Black women who left Corporate America and became entrepreneurs about career pivots, money, identity, what made them leave, what they wish they knew before making the move, and what building success on their own terms actually looks like.

But don't come expecting to sit in a chair taking notes for three days.

You're going to participate.

The weekend includes interactive panels, practical workshops, real conversations, networking experiences, a post-lunch stretch and reset, and Mentor/Mentee Speed Matching during lunch. Think leadership speed dating, except instead of asking somebody their favorite color, you're getting access to leaders who can answer the questions you've been trying to figure out by yourself.

And you should leave ILC with more than notes in your phone.

You should leave knowing how to advocate for yourself, navigate conversations nobody warned you about, build relationships beyond exchanging LinkedIn profiles, protect your identity as your responsibility grows, and decide what YOUR next leadership move looks like.

Friday evening, we'll kick things off with our First Pitstop creating space to connect before the main conference experience through energetic movement and refreshing drinks.

Saturday is our full conference day with keynotes, panels, workshops, mentoring, community, lunch experiences, and intentional moments to reset.

And we're closing Saturday with Own Your Lane, an Identity Leadership experience centered on one question:

Who are you becoming while you're becoming the leader?

Sunday, we'll bring the weekend home over brunch with conversation, reflection, mental wellness, community, and space to think about what happens when you get back on the road Monday morning.

You don't need another conference telling you to “be more confident.”
