Dance Nyx term 1 2025 is here!
This inclusive and supportive intermediate level pop/commercial class runs on Mondays.
Time: 6-7.30 pm at SheBANG studios in Northcote.
Dates: Feb 3rd-March 31st (note: no class FEB 24th!)
our class contains a cardio warm up, Pilates tone up and we will learn a dance over the 8 weeks. Finish with an in house showing at sheBANG to family and friends. At an intermediate level so for folks with dance experience or a physical practice of some kind.
