Inter University Pokemon Card Trade Night

Come along to Collect, Buy, Trade, Battle and more with everything Pokemon card related! The best time for university students to get deep into the scene!

Hosted at Susan Wakil Health Building 408-409 Tuesday the 29th of September from 4-7pm it will be a whole night of fun!

Terms and Conditions:

Food & Drink

• No food or open drinks in the room, in line with uni room policy.

• Closed water bottles are allowed.

Buying & Selling Cards

• Trading between players is allowed at any time.

• Any cash purchase or sale must be witnessed by an organiser. This is to prevent scams and disputes, particularly given younger attendees will be present.

• No pressuring anyone into a trade or sale.

Other People's Cards & Collections

• Do not touch, handle, or go through anyone else's cards, binder, or deck without their permission.

• If someone declines to let you handle or look at their cards, you must respect that.

• Taking cards that are not yours including failing to return a card you were shown, or placing someone else's card into your own binder/deck is not permitted.

Space & Venue

• No damage to uni furniture or rooms.

• Keep noise at a reasonable level.

Consequences

• Breaking these rules may result in an organiser asking you to leave for the night.

• Serious or repeated breaches (theft, harassment, etc.) may result in exclusion from future events.

• Organisers have final say on the night.

We have the right to remove you from premises and ban you from future events if you violate these rules. By purchasing a ticket you agree to all of the terms and conditions above.
