Event description

INTERLUDE — Between what was and what's coming

In the space between what’s been and what’s yet to come, there lies a moment of stillness. INTERLUDE offers a chance to pause and enter that space intentionally — a moment to reflect, release, and prepare for what lies ahead.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and recalibrate. In a world that is constantly moving, we often overlook the power of simply being. Here, you’ll find the time and space to honour the past and step into the future with clarity and purpose.

What to expect:

  • A mindful yoga practice to release tension and anchor the body
  • Breathwork to soothe the mind
  • A cacao ritual to open the heart
  • Intuitive writing to access your inner wisdom
  • Meditation and sound healing

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Cushion/pillow
  • Blanket
  • Water bottle
  • Wear warm comfortable clothing
  • Any other props to enhance your comfort throughout the evening

INTERLUDE is not just a workshop — it’s a space for conscious reflection and transformation. It’s a quiet interlude between cycles, where you can release what’s no longer needed and open yourself to the new. Join us in creating this moment of stillness and clarity, and allow yourself to embrace the shift.

Meet the facilitator:

Mari
is a yoga teacher whose approach is grounded in Buddhist principles. Her practice focuses on connecting breath, body, and mind, helping students tune into the subtle energy of their bodies. Through mindful movement and breath, she guides students into a meditative state, allowing for greater clarity and a stronger sense of self. Her teachings support you in aligning with your core values and living with intention, creating space for real growth and change. (@maricoutiinho)
